IMPORTANT DETAILS on How the Delivery Guarantee Works — PLEASE READ
If your boxes are not delivered on-time, you get to keep your boxes and you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The promised delivery time for your order can be calculated on our Delivery Info page — while the vast majority of USA addresses are in our one day delivery zones, there are some locations that are in 2 or 3 day delivery territories — please confirm your delivery time on the Delivery Info page before placing your order.
- "Next Day" Delivery means next business day — UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. So a Friday order is delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and National holidays are treated as being ordered on the next business day. For example, an order placed on a Saturday is processed as a Monday order and will be delivered Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 4 PM Eastern Time are considered being placed the next business day. For example and order placed at 8 PM on Wednesday evening will be treated as a Thursday order and be delivered on Friday.
- The guarantee does not apply if you have incorrectly entered your shipping address as part of the checkout process. Any delay in delivery caused by this error will be documented in the UPS tracking information associated with your order.
- The guarantee does not apply if UPS is unable to make the delivery due to lack of access to your address at the delivery time. Again, a delay caused by this issue will be documented in the UPS tracking information.
- There is no guaranteed time of day for your delivery. While UPS delivers most packages during normal business hours, at times deliveries can occur after 5 PM.
- If your order multiple packages, the full refund only applies to the packages that do not arrive on time. For example, if your order 7 moving kits and 5 arrive on time, we will provide a full refund on the 2 remaining packages .
- A package showing as DELIVERED on the UPS tracking system by the correct date will be considered as having met the delivery guarantee. For example, if the package is delivered to the front desk of an apartment building, but for some reason the customer cannot get it from the front desk that same day, the delivery guarantee has been met.
- If you have any questions about when to expect your delivery, please call us BEFORE placing the order. Not understanding our delivery procedures and timing does not entitle you to a refund under the delivery guarantee.
- Not valid on prior purchases, one per customer per month - retail consumer purchases only, maximum $300 payment amount. UPS Delivery Verification through the UPS Tracking System is final information in determining guarantee refunds.
- IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ON TIME, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS TO REQUEST THIS GUARANTEE REFUND. SEND AN EMAIL TO HELP@UPSMOVINGSUPPLIES.COM AND CALL US AT 1-877-BOXES-36 (1-877-269-3736). FAILURE TO CONTACT US WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD WILL VOID THE GUARANTEE.
